Email us at support@getsakani.com. Please include your registered phone number, building name (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
Account & Sign-in
- Cannot receive OTP — check signal, then try again after one minute. If the issue persists, email support.
- Forgot which phone number you registered with — contact your building manager (BM) or email support with your unit details.
- Lost access to phone — email support with proof of ownership (Goshan / National ID).
Building Manager / Owner / Tenant / Guard
Each role has a different onboarding path. If you signed up as the wrong role, do not create a second account — email support to reassign your existing account.
Real Estate Developers
Developer accounts are managed separately from the mobile app. Visit getsakani.com/developers or email our partnership team at hello@qualiasolutions.net.
Data deletion request
To request deletion of your account and personal data, email support@getsakani.com with subject "Account deletion request". We process requests within 10 business days. Financial records may be retained per Jordanian accounting and tax regulations.
