If you are the entity that designed and constructed a residential building, you keep a long-term link to it after handover — share engineering drawings, electrical plans, and plumbing diagrams with verified residents on demand.

Why not in the mobile app?
The Sakani mobile app is built for residents and on-the-ground building operations. The developer account is a different category of access with its own onboarding flow — separate identity verification, document types, and authorisation. We register developers individually so we can validate the relationship to each building before access is granted.
How to register
Apply through our online form — you will sign in with your phone number, submit your firm details and the buildings you developed, and our partnership team will follow up within two business days for identity verification. You can also email us directly if you prefer.
